Enhancing the work of Reiki treatments, by coaching in areas that further supports the results you want, leading to even greater results.



I help people with many challenges with Reiki alone, however some of of the challenges people come to me with help with by their nature can have a variety of things that need to be addressed to get the best results, looking holistically over many areas, to get even greater results. 1-1 coaching can be for many of those I help with Reiki as many of the issues people come to me for help with have many factors that influence results. For example below are a few examples of common challenges that people might come to me for Reiki treatments to help with that can also can have various contributing factors that might benefit from a deeper look into into with 1-1 coaching in addition to Reiki treatments, to further enhance results or to deal with a block to getting the level of results you desire, areas we might look at include:

Sleep:

Your sleep environment, your pre sleep evening routines, nutrition and nutrition timing, hydration and timing, temperature, disruptions, stress, lighting, sleep materials, your system for keeping things that need our attention out of our mind, sleep habits of those around you.

Stress & Overwhelm:

How many commitments you have on our plate, how you prioritise your time and energy, how you both protect and manage your time and energy (what is done and equally what is not done), how effectively you deal with the demands on your time and energy from others, your recovery and rejuvenation methods, your habits in how you respond to challenging situations, your personality and how you operate in a way that suits it (or not). Are we proactive or reactive dominant? Can we say no to people without guilt? Or do we have guilt if we are not constantly filling our time with stuff?

 My Approach

I work with the whole you. We first look at where you are now, what you want to achieve and the challenges you are facing, understand where it fits with what is important to you in your life and understand what is going on in your life right now. I look to understand your preferences, likes, dislikes and strengths and weaknesses . I can then create a personal strategic plan for you, then determine the areas that need work and in what order and to what depth for the best results for you. As this tailored plan of action is forming we begin coaching and provide step by step practical actions  to move you closer to achieving the life you want. My approach also suits those who prefer, or do not have the time and energy, or desire to study to spend years of time and energy building expertise in these fields and are just looking for solutions.  There is various ways this can be done, I am not restricted by using one method, or approach to help you. There can be various areas of focus dependent on what we decide to work on and your areas of need, everything is done with a view of helping you now, with a lasting benefit, no quick temporary fixes here. As a natural strategic minded person, much of my approach takes the direction of a comprehensive evaluation, and clarity of what we are looking to achieve, building a strategic plan, followed by practical step by step actions to get you there.


My Experience & Skills in Coaching

I have a background in coaching primarily in areas such as health and well-being, fitness and lifestyle. I have 20 years of coaching experience. I have an academic background from a degree BSc.(Hons) in Sport and exercise Science, with various qualifications in areas of lifestyle coaching, holistic health and nutrition. I help people in the area of personal growth and healing. I am also an authentic Japanese Reiki teacher and practitioner. I have strong intuitive and rationale thinking, so again more flexibility in approaches. I have a proven track record of results over the years using my approach for goals that have lots of moving parts, such as in areas of health and well-being, work performance, sports performance and life balance, lasting weight loss.

Professional qualifications and experience aside the biggest asset I have found in my ability to help people achieve their goals is more something that is part of me. One of my natural gifts is being able to view a challenge in a big picture view, hold it there then break down all the 'moving parts' that can influence the results, I see things other can't see,  then in a strategic view prioritise and then apply my second gift of a strong creative problem solving capacity, that I then apply to each part. This unusual combination is made for this kind of task.
